Our basic work is to supply the governmental companies and ministries with materials or equipment required ,and our way to do business is to study the tender by our technical dept. then to scope the manufacturer of the material from which we are their agent or from other sources that we have been dealing with and ask them to quote their offer ,this dept. is keeping in touch with manufacturer till get the offer with required specifications .we than start preparing the complete offer incorporating with our commercial dept. to suit the end-user and deliver it to them ( we deliver when sample required ) . Our filed dept. will do the jobs if needed discussion site ,later on when we get the job or the contract our financial dept. will start opening L/C or by down payment way ( whatever the manufacturer prefer ) then our planning dept. will start following the procedures of shipping and transportation of the goods to site . In supplying goods our staff in a field dept. will handle and deliver the materials to the end-user and stay with both parties are satisfied then the finance dept. will start finalizing all other financial works. Our department manager meets twice a week to discuss the way of work and have a discussion about all problems and work strategy.
